Brand Therapy Terms and Conditions
By paying this invoice, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided:
The Provider, Elizabeth Branding Co. LLC, agrees to deliver Brand Therapy services, including
monthly 1-hour strategy meetings (or a single 1-hour session), weekly email support during
business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), personalized action plans, and access to
resources, tools, and platforms to assist in brand development.
Service Packages:
The Client agrees to purchase the selected service package as outlined in the invoice:
Single Session: 1-Hour Session for $250
Tier 1: 3-Month Package for $700 (save $50)
Tier 2: 6-Month Package for $1,400 (save $100)
Tier 3: 12-Month Package for $2,800 (save $200)
Payment Terms:
Full payment for the selected package or session is due before the first session and must be
paid in full upon receipt of this invoice. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the
package.
Scheduling and Delivery of Services:
Strategy Meetings: The Provider will conduct one (1) 1-hour strategy meeting per month with
the Client, or a single 1-hour session as applicable. Meetings will be scheduled at a mutually
agreeable time.
Email Support: Email support will be provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to
5 PM), with responses within one (1) business day.
Questionnaire Submission: The Client agrees to submit a detailed questionnaire no less than
3-7 business days before each strategy meeting, covering topics such as current pain points,
wins, growth goals, follow-up questions, and inspirations.
Term and Expiration:
All sessions must be used within one (1) year from the date of payment. Any unused sessions
will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared during the
course of service, including business strategies, client information, and proprietary processes.
Limitation of Liability:
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the services provided. The total liability of the Provider shall not exceed the total fees paid
by the Client.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Payment of this invoice signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
